Harwinder K Johal

Harwinder is a dual qualified Solicitor and Barrister (United Kingdon and Alberta).
She was born in the UK where she began her legal career before emigrating to Canada in 2018. She has extensive experience at management level having led the Immigration team in a large London Law firm. From there, Harwinder opened her own practice which she managed until moving to Canada.
Harwinder completed her LLB in England, followed by the Legal Practice Course, and then completed her Masters in Criminal Justice Studies at the University of Leeds, UK.
In 2022, Harwinder founded Virtual Law Group Canada which is a growing full-service law firm with a number of lawyers practicing in areas of Immigration, Civil and Commercial Litigation (including complex Litigation), Personal Injury, Family, Wills and Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Business Law, Real Estate (Residential and Commercial).
