Biography
Amandeep Dhanju, AACI, P.App M.Sc. Economics (Hons.) is the President/owner of Express Appraisals and Real Estate Services Ltd. which is in industry since 2010.
Aman Dhanju has vast experience in Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Investment properties, Rural and developed land real estate appraisals. He has completed appraisals for mortgage financing, feasibility analysis, litigation support, sales/purchase, and insurance purposes. He has mentored and trained candidates and has been an expert witness on Court's Queen Bench of Alberta. He is also a licensed real estate associate since 2006 and has done numerous commercial and residential transactions.
Express Appraisal and Real Estate Services has offices in Edmonton and Calgary and we do all kinds of commercial, industrial, land development, residential, asset, leasehold improvement (liquor stores, day care, restaurant and any business leasehold) appraisals.
