Priyan Khosla

Priyan Khosla comes with over 10 years of experience in the multifamily real estate industry in both Alberta and Saskatchewan. Mr. Khosla has previously served as a Board member for the Real Estate Institute of Canada and has been an active member of the Alberta Residential Landlord Association. At just the age of 18 years old, his Canadian dream started when he landed in Toronto in 2009 as an international student. He graduated from Humber College Toronto and holds a diploma in Business Management.

Mr. Khosla’s multifamily real estate journey started in 2013 with Mainstreet Equity Corp. a publicly-traded (TSX: MEQ) residential real estate company in Canada and throughout his tenure, he held various positions with increased responsibilities until attaining the role of Sr. Regional Operations manager where he ran the multifamily portfolio consisting of over $400M AUM.

In 2022 Mr. Khosla joined Avenue Living Communities, one of the largest private real estate owner/ operators in North America, and took over the role of Regional Vice President – Operations. Mr. Khosla’s multifamily real estate and management experience include operations, employee development, financial budgets, leasing, project management, construction and acquisitions.

In his free time, he loves to explore different cuisines, model for local photographers, and solo trips to Asia, Europe, and Central America.
