- Membership Eligibility
- Membership is open to individuals or organizations who support the mission and values of the Sifarish Network.
- Sifarish reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke any membership application at its sole discretion.
- Use of Platform and Services
- Members must use Sifarish platforms, events, and communication channels respectfully and lawfully.
- Any behavior that is discriminatory, abusive, harassing, or misleading will result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.
- Code of Conduct
- Members agree to uphold the values of inclusivity, integrity, and mutual respect.
- Any activity that harms the reputation or operations of the Sifarish Network may result in disciplinary action or legal recourse.
- Fees & Renewals
- Membership fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Memberships are valid for 12 months and are subject to renewal terms published at the time of renewal.
- Data Use & Privacy
- By joining, members consent to the collection and use of basic personal and business information for membership management and community engagement.
- Sifarish does not sell or share member information with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

- Marketing & Promotions
- Business and corporate members consent to Sifarish promoting their logos and profiles in public-facing material, including digital and event channels.
- Members may opt out of promotional features by written request.
- Mobile Messaging Terms
- By opting in, members agree to receive SMS/text messages from Sifarish Network.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Message frequency may vary.
- To opt out, reply STOP to unsubscribe.

- Changes to Membership Terms
- Sifarish reserves the right to update membership tiers, benefits, and fees. Members will be notified of changes in advance via email or website updates.
- Termination of Membership
- Members may cancel their membership at any time, but fees will not be refunded.
- Sifarish may terminate any membership without refund if terms are violated or if the member’s actions conflict with the mission of the network.
- Limitation of Liability
- Sifarish Network is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from member activities or third-party interactions through the network.
- All services and benefits are provided “as-is” with no warranties.
- Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Sifarish is registered.
