SHOUNAK MEHTA

Shounak is the founder & principal lawyer at Juriscorp Law. Before his admission to the Alberta Bar in 2014, he practiced law in Mumbai, India for five years. Shounak’ s practice consists of real estate, business & franchise law and corporate - commercial transactions, and wills and estate planning. His clientele includes individuals and corporations including home builders, financial and lending institutions & medical professionals all across Alberta. He is actively involved in the community and believes in supporting and giving back. He is the founder of the Edmonton Gujarati Business Network (EGBN) and the Vice-Chair of the ATB South Asian Leadership Network & supports a variety of Not for Profit organizations. Shounak strives to support young immigrants, business owners and professionals through mentorship & advice.
