Introduction:
This job description is prepared as a guide to the role of Part-time Sales Assistant, to have responsibilities of marketing, promotions and customer maintenance. Reporting to Marketing Manager.
Health & Safety:
Mampster being a food processing Company, requires all its employees to follow hygiene and health & safety rules.
Main Responsibilities:
RECRUITMENT:
o Posting of advertisements & recruitment of candidates for the company.
o Holding first-round interviews to arrive at suitable candidates.
o Such candidates to be geographically located in order to fulfil their role in our sales and marketing strategy as detailed below.
PROMOTIONS:
o Arranging in-store product presentations and promotional events.
o This will include staffing for events arranged.
o Setting up the demonstration area provided by the stores.
o The above responsibilities and activities will apply throughout B.C.
CUSTOMER MAINTENANCE:
o Stores selling and promoting our products are to be serviced and maintained on a regular basis.
o The above will require visiting such stores to check on:
– product stock levels.
– product display and condition.
– stores customer issues.
Qualifications & Skills required:
– Possess exemplary interpersonal skills.
– Prior marketing experience is an asset.
– A valid driver’s license.
– A dependable vehicle.
