Sonny Sekhon

Sonny Sekhon graduated from the University of Alberta with a BA concentrating on Political Science and History. He has spent most of his career working for an Alberta menswear institution, Henry Singer Fashion Group. There Sonny wore many hats throughout a 13-year career but spent the bulk of his time as the General Manager of Henry Singer's Edmonton flagship location in Manulife Place. Although Sonny is still employed as an appointment-based personal shopper/stylist, he stepped down from his full-time duties with Henry Singer to pursue an opportunity in the non-profit world. Sonny joined free Play for Kids in October as their Chief Revenue Officer and hoped to help grow the programming so that no child or family is left out of the benefits of a sporting community. This move was a surprise to many, but to his family and closest friends, this opportunity represented a merger of all the things Sonny is most passionate about. Sonny is married with one son.
