Biography
Jatin began his journey in immigration and refugee law by joining his family firm and developing the immigration practice. Today, he assists multi-national corporations and startups as they face transition hurdles entering into the Canadian market. In addition to Canadian business immigration, Jatin fights for his clients in various immigration and refugee matters across Canada. This includes litigating complex immigration issues at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada as well as the Federal Court of Canada.
