Her leadership is defined by a commitment to enhancing the visibility and impact of the performing arts through compelling storytelling and community engagement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"884\" data-end=\"1324\">Prior to her role with the Victoria Symphony, Maya held marketing and communications positions with Bard on the Beach Shakespeare Festival and PuSh International Performing Arts Festival, contributing to the growth and evolution of both organizations. Earlier in her career, she completed a graduate internship in the Communications &amp; Public Affairs department at the J.
