Elena Lawson

Born and raised in Esquimalt, where she now resides with her two wonderful sons, Elena is proud to call this vibrant, close-knit community home.

Elena currently serves as the Campaign Manager for Easter Seals BC/Yukon, leading the effort to rebuild Camp Shawnigan—a fully accessible summer camp that provides life-changing experiences for children and youth with disabilities. Her work reflects a deep-rooted passion for creating inclusive spaces and helping families thrive.

With over a decade of experience, Elena has built a strong foundation in both the private and public sectors. Her background in Business Administration, Computer Science, and property management gives her a well-rounded perspective that blends analytical thinking with a personal, client-focused approach.

In the real estate world, Elena has held diverse roles—ranging from conveyancer and communications manager in the private sector to project administrator and procurement specialist within the provincial government. These roles have sharpened her skills in negotiation, coordination, and clear communication—key elements in every successful real estate transaction.

Now, as part of the team at Victoria Property Group, Elena brings that combined expertise and commitment to helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence. Her goal is simple: to make each real estate journey smooth, informed, and truly memorable.

Her commitment to community extends beyond real estate. As the Co-Founder of the Children’s Autism Federation of BC, Elena has supported countless families navigating the autism journey, using her voice and lived experience to advocate for more inclusive and accessible systems of care.

Outside of her professional and advocacy work, Elena cherishes time spent outdoors with her sons—exploring local parks, building memories, and staying connected to what matters most.

Elena offers not only extensive knowledge and experience but also genuine compassion and drive. Whether helping someone find their forever home or supporting a cause close to her heart, she approaches every endeavor with purpose, warmth, and integrity.
